1.1 Medi Market is a platform for pharmacies to buy and sell unwanted or excess stock. We act as a third-party intermediary, and do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any items listed on our platform by Users are not responsible for ensuring that the User or the Products for sale comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the buying and selling of items on the Medi Market Website. As a result, any purchase you make on the Medi Market Website will be contract that you are entering into directly with another User of the website.
1.2 We offer the Medi Market Website to you on the condition that you accept this Licence. These terms of this Licence apply to all Users and set out the conditions for the supply and purchase of Products on the Medi Market Website to you.
2 Definitions
2.1 In this User Licence Agreement:
(a) Effective Date means, the later of:
(i) the date on which the User first creates a User Account with a login and password to access the Medi Market Website; or
(ii) the date upon which the User receives a written confirmation that the Licence with the User has come into force following the User’s express consent to this Licence.
(b) Export Laws means all applicable laws restricting and/or regulating:
(i) the inter-jurisdictional import, export, supply, disclosure, transfer or transmission of goods (including pharmaceutical products), services, the Medi Market Website, technology, technical know-how, data and information; and/or
(ii) the import, export, supply, disclosure, transfer or transmission of goods (including pharmaceutical products), services, the Medi Market Website, technology, technical know-how, data and information to designated entities or persons, or to designated classes of entities or persons.
(c) Licence means this User Licence Agreement.
(d) Related Body Corporate means as described in Section 50 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
(e) Products means the products owned by third parties Users offered for sale by those third parties Users to you or other Users through the use of the Medi Market Website and that comply with the rules for listing of a Product, as outlined in section 9.
(f) Services means any services that Medi Market provides to a User under this Licence
